Matthew Hoy

Matthew Hoy focuses on the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout the state of Wisconsin. Matthew graduated from Marquette University having double majored in commercial real estate and finance. During his time at Marquette, Matthew expanded his education of commercial real estate by partaking in many property site tours, guest speaker panels, and other Marquette sponsored events as a member of the university’s commercial real estate club.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Matthew worked at a commercial real estate firm in Milwaukee as a market researcher and marketer. For two years, Matthew specialized in gathering information and data on the Wisconsin and surrounding Midwest markets for brokers within the firm, as well as preparing the materials that brokers would personally present to clients.

Having grown up in Milwaukee, Matthew is an lifelong Marquette Basketball fan and currently resides outside of downtown Milwaukee.
