Matt Edwards is an Investment advisor with Marcus & Millichap, with a focus on Single-Tenant Net-Lease properties throughout the Midwest and Southeast regions. As a vital member of the Patel-Yozwiak group, Matt contributes to a dynamic team renowned for their achievements, including over 600 closed transactions across 41 states, culminating in more than $1.6 billion in investment property sales.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Matt Edwards worked in the Medical Device Industry, where he excelled as a Sales Executive for over 19 years. Beyond his business accomplishments, Matt is extensively involved in sports, currently serving as an on-field Game Official in the National Football League (NFL) for the past six seasons.

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Matt is dedicated to leading an active lifestyle alongside his wife, Amber, and their two children, aged 11 and 9.
