Marla Čolić

Marla Čolić, First Vice President in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office, specializes in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage properties across Missouri and the Midwest. With over eight years of experience in self storage brokerage and a deep-rooted background in the self-storage industry, Marla is known for her integrity and dedication to delivering exceptional client service.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2016, Marla has successfully completed over 45 transactions totaling nearly $100 million. Her expertise in the self-storage sector stems from over a decade of industry involvement, including ownership, management, consulting and brokerage. As a board member of the Missouri Self Storage Association since 2016, Marla stays at the forefront of industry trends and leverages Marcus & Millichap’s national platform to provide clients with valuable insights into both local and national markets.

Marla graduated from John Brown University with a degree in Public Relations. Outside of her professional endeavors, Marla savors time with friends, the mental challenge of lifting heavy weights, beautiful art and interior design and hiking US National Parks with her husband and three children.
