Marco A. Welch specializes in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions in the state of Georgia and neighboring states. Marco’s focus is core, workforce, and affordable housing with most of the deals he has brokered being B-class and C- class assets.
Marco previously served as the S.V.P of The Apartment Group and Partner at Bull Realty Inc. Marco has 20 years of real estate experience and 10 + years of commercial real estate experience. Marco leverages his creative approach along with his underwriting skills to help clients navigate complex transactions .
Marco is a native of Chicago, IL.. Marco studied Business with a concentration in Finance at Morehouse College. Marco is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and has been recognized as a Million Dollar Club member for multiple years. Marco has completed all necessary Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses and will seek to be pinned fall 2024. Away from work Marco enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
