Luke Dawley

Luke Dawley joined the Hatcher Coe Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2019. Prior to becoming an agent, Luke worked as a financial analyst for the team. Luke closed $32 million in self-storage transactions last year in 2021, including single property deals as well as selling one of the largest self-storage portfolios in Northern New York. He primarily focuses on the Northeast region of the United States, including states such as Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, New York, and more. Luke proactively strives to speak with more than a dozen storage owners per day, demonstrating his strong work ethic, determination, and real-time connection to the market. As a result, he is able to provide his clients with exceptional service while acquiring the highest sale prices for each self-storage transaction.
