Leonardo Laterza

Leonardo Laterza is a Marcus & Millichap investment associate specializing in the sale and acquisition of multifamily buildings in the Westlake District, Koreatown and Hollywood areas. With eight years of real estate experience, his previous work includes the sale of multifamily properties and single family homes as well as property management. Leonardo’s ability to assess a property and implement a plan allows him to advise his clients on strategizing the best repositioning of their investments. Leonardo has also been a member of the National Multi Housing Group since 2016 with a primary focus on multifamily buildings and NNN assets.

Leonardo attended California Baptist University in Riverside on a water polo scholarship and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. He has been a licensed real estate agent in California since 2008.
