Kyle is based in Nashville, Tennessee and is primarily focused on the analysis and disposition of Hotels/Motels in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. Kyle collaborates with his clients to identify asset strategies through the evaluation of market information, industry reports, books/records and forward-looking trends. In doing so, Kyle leverages his years of experience and relationships in the hospitality sector as well as Marcus & Millichap’s MNET platform to access the largest pool of qualified investors locally, nationally and internationally. In turn, creating maximum exposure for their properties and a competitive bidding environment. Kyle is committed to the highest level of client service and his consistent communication, honesty and direct involvement in the transaction process helps limit disruption and maximize results.
Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Kyle worked in Franchise Sales as the Director of Development for Red Roof, La Quinta Inn & Suites and most recently, Wyndham Hotel & Resorts. His focus was on new construction development, where he worked closely with entrepreneurs on site selection, brand approvals, financing and other aspects of the development process.
Kyle is a graduate of the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri where he studied Business Management and Hospitality Management. Having spent 10+ years in the Hospitality sector, he carries with him the many lessons learned from industry mentors and family members alike who own, operate and work within the field.
Kyle is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Tennessee and enjoys hiking, fishing, golfing and spending time with his friends and family.
