Kristina Ermyakina

Kristina Ermyakina is a commercial real estate investment professional specializing in multifamily, office, and other income-producing properties throughout the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. As a specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s Richmond, Virginia office, she advises property owners, investors, and developers on acquisitions, dispositions, valuation, and long-term portfolio strategy. Her work is grounded in disciplined underwriting, market expertise, and strategic execution, helping clients navigate complex transactions with confidence.

Throughout her career, Kristina has participated in transactions totaling approximately 699,000 square feet and more than $34 million in value. She represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors, providing comprehensive market analysis, investment guidance, and brokerage services tailored to each client's objectives.

In addition to her brokerage practice, Kristina serves as President of the Richmond Property Owners Association (RPOA), where she provides leadership within the local real estate community. Her focus includes investor education, market insights, networking opportunities, and supporting owners and operators as they address both the strategic and operational challenges of real estate ownership.

Kristina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Virginia Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Management and Engineering from Penza State Technological University in Russia.
