Kristina Ermyakina

Kristina Ermyakina is a multifamily specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Richmond, VA office. She focuses on markets throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond, VA, where her responsibilities include multifamily investment sales, research, advisory services, and business development. Kristina is dedicated to cultivating lasting relationships with clients to assist them in achieving their real estate investment objectives, whether it involves property valuation, acquisition, disposition, or financing.

Additionally, Kristina serves as the Vice President of the Richmond Property Owners Association (RPOA). In this role, her mission is to facilitate the exchange of valuable information relevant to real estate investing and management, while also providing support to investors in navigating the daily challenges of property rentals through educational initiatives.

Kristina holds a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Economic Management and Engineering from Penza State Technological University in Russia. She furthered her education by earning a Master of Business Administration from Wesleyan University in Virginia.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, as well as swimming and traveling.
