Kristina Ermyakina

Kristina Ermyakina is a commercial real estate investment professional specializing in multifamily and office assets, as well as other income-producing properties across the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. As a specialist with Marcus & Millichap’s Richmond, Virginia office, she advises property owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, valuation, and long-term portfolio strategy.
