Khari Gates is a multi-family advisor focused on helping investors buy and sell commercial real estate in Oregon and Washington. With a specialty focus in secondary and tertiary markets. Historically, Khari has earned high praise from his clients for his ability to listen, problem solve, and identify creative opportunities and solutions to help them achieve their investment goals.

Prior to M&M, Khari held strategic innovation and sales leadership positions from some of the most-recognized names in sports and merchandising. His previous positions include Director of Product and Innovation for Leatherman, Global Product Director for SkullCandy and Partnership Merchandising Manager for NBA/Adidas footwear and apparel.

As a real estate investor and operator himself, Khari brings his clients a unique market perspective. Through leveraging Marcus & Millichap’s national marketing platform, Khari provides investors with access to the industry’s largest inventory of deliverable commercial property as well as connect them to the largest pool of qualified private and institutional buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Khari enjoys spending time exploring Oregon with his wife, Molly, and their two children, Miles and Stevie. An avid cyclist, Khari also enjoys exploring new terrain when the opportunity arises and is a loyal fan to his hometown Boston sports teams.
