Kendall Coleman

Kendall Coleman is an Associate on The Ziegler Group at Marcus and Millichap, operating from the vibrant Downtown Chicago office. Hailing from the dynamic South Side of Chicago, Kendall's journey began at Mount Carmel High School. With an unwavering passion for both academics and athletics, Kendall subsequently pursued his education at Purdue University, where he excelled as a 4-year starter and Captain of the wrestling team while majoring in Selling and Sales Management. His remarkable dedication and skills led him to achieve All-American Status and the prestigious title of 2020 Big Ten Finalist.


Drawing inspiration from his experiences as a student-athlete, Kendall seamlessly integrates his work ethics and resilience into his professional dealings. Kendall specializes in the sales of Apartments and Mixed-use assets on the Northwest side of Chicago, leveraging his extensive knowledge in the domain. With an unwavering commitment to his clients, Kendall approaches each transaction with utmost respect and consideration, striving to understand his clients unique goals and aspirations.
