Justin Fenn is a GSA office specialist in the firm's Columbus office, where he represents buyers and sellers of single and multi-tenant investment properties throughout the country. He has represented buyers and sellers of GSA (General Services Administration) and U.S. government assets, state government, government contractors and medical office buildings (MOB) among other specific office and industrial product sub-types.
Notable sales include a $12.7MM portfolio of four multi-tenant centers in Arkansas, Colorado and Oklahoma, a $5.15MM GSA-anchored mixed use center in West Virginia, a $4MM MOB-anchored center and a $3.5MM government contractor asset both in Tennessee and a $4.05MM two-unit GSA-anchored office portfolio in Houston. He recently sold state credit government assets in Oregon and Pennsylvania with additional government listings under contract in Vermont, Kentucky and Oregon.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, Justin began selling real estate in 2002 at John Fenn Realty in Bellevue, Ohio. He also has office research and commercial construction experience with The Superior Group, a Columbus-based electrical contractor. Notably. he has appeared with partner Dan Yozwiak on Negotiate Anything, the #1 rated negotiation podcast in the world.
