Joshua Chavez Allen

Joshua Allen is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office. Joshua is a member of the Lagos Retail Group, specializing in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties in Greater North and West Houston.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Joshua was employed at Greenway Equity Management, an investment group that is invested in more than 13,000 units. In addition, he has served as Assistant Property Manager for the owners of more than thirty multi-family and single-family properties. As Assistant Property Manager, Joshua assisted the principals in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of residential income-producing properties.

Joshua has extensive market knowledge of national and local trends affecting owners of retail properties in Houston. This allows him to advise clients to form unique strategies and solutions to help them achieve their unique goals.

Joshua is a Houston native. Outside of the office, he enjoys watching sports, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. Joshua is fluent in Spanish.
