John Glass

John Glass specializes in single tenant property dispositions on a nationwide basis. Based out of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office, John and his team work in the capacity of advisor and implementer to numerous corporate, institutional and private clients, private equity groups, preferred developers, franchisors, franchisees, and build-to-suit specialists. Throughout his career John has personally closed over 1,700 properties with a total dollar volume in excess of $5 billion. John has helped to make the San Francisco office the #1 office company-wide in the sale of net-leased investment properties.

John Glass is an Executive Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap, an elite group of less than ten agents company-wide out of over 1,600 Marcus & Millichap agents across the US. He is also Senior Director of both the National Retail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group.
