Jan Niklas Cartus

Jan Niklas Cartus (Nick) is an associate on the Naran Group. Prior to joining the Marcus & Millichap team in Newport Beach hestudied hospitality business and real estate investment at Michigan State University.

Nick previously worked as a leasing associate at one of the largest student housing firms in the Midwest. He also utilizes his expansive knowledge of private/public partnerships to assist clients with redevelopment projects involving government entities at the local and state level. He now focuses on implementing his skill-set to grow The Kelly Hotel Group into one of the most cutting edge hospitality brokerage companies alongside Neil Naran.
