Jake Payne is a Senior Investment Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office, as well as a Director of the firm’s National Self-Storage Group. In this position, Jake assists owners with acquisitions and dispositions, in addition to providing advisory services. Since joining the firm in 2018, Jake has been involved in more than $500 million in self-storage transactions. Jake graduated from the University of Alabama in 2018 with a degree in finance specializing in real estate.
Jake has been ranked in the top 10 of brokers in the mid-south region 3 years running, as well as being awarded a Sales Recognition Award in 2021 and 2022. Recently, Jake was named to the Birmingham Business Journals “Next Gen Birmingham”, recognizing up and comers in the fields of real estate and construction in the Birmingham area.
