Jacob Halle

Jacob Halle is a Santa Barbara based national healthcare real estate sales specialist at Marcus & Millichap. Jacob graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), with a B.A in Communication and a minor in Technology Management. During his time at UCSB, Jacob was additionally a member of the university's Division 1 Men's Water Polo team, a captain and a 2 time All American.

Prior to joining the national healthcare real estate sales group at Marcus & Millichap, Jacob worked at another national brokerage company. Jacob’s experience with various commercial real estate asset classes, allows him to provide his clients with in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate sector in general and how it specifically relates to their specialized healthcare properties. With his deep understanding of the healthcare real estate market, Jacob’s objective is to successfully assist his clients as they achieve their real estate investment goals.
