Garrette Matlock

Garrette L. Matlock is a Senior Managing Director Investments with Marcus & Millichap, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of large income-producing properties throughout the United States. Mr. Matlock joined Marcus & Millichap in 1980.

During his career, Mr. Matlock has individually brokered over three billion dollars worth of investment property and has been manager or participant in the brokerage of portfolios containing an additional several hundred million dollars in property. Mr. Matlock has either been the Top Agent, Top Listing Agent or Top Selling Agent in the Denver Office of Marcus & Millichap 24 times. He has been among Marcus & Millichap’s National Top 10 eight times and is the leader in career earnings among the firm’s multi-tenant retail agents outside of California. His areas of expertise include grocery anchored centers, power centers, unanchored strip centers, and regional malls.

Mr. Matlock has been recognized as a "Power Broker" by CoStar Group and Real Estate Forum as well as being recognized several times as a "Heavy Hitter" by The Business Journals.
