Erik Franks

Erik Franks is based out of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation’s (MMCC) Denver office. Mr. Franks is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He has closed in excess of $2.2 billion in debt transactions during his career with property owners / investment firms of all sizes, and all types of debt sources, across the country and has executed complex financing structures including credit facilities, preferred equity and tax credit financings.

Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Franks served as a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets for over 10 years. Mr. Franks started his career in multifamily property management.

Mr. Franks is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate. He holds a California Real Estate license and is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Urban Land Institute, ICSC and NAIOP.
