Eric M. Seidel Jr. is currently a First Vice President in the Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC). Mr. Seidel joined the firm in 2011 in the New Jersey office. He is responsible for originating a variety of commercial real estate loans in the New Jersey market.
Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Seidel worked with The GMS Group in Jersey City, N.J, as an account executive and as a sales representative with D & E Marketing Group in Fairfield, N.J. He also held multiple positions as treasurer, risk management chair and formal chairman with Pi Kappa Phi, a national social and service fraternity, from 2006 through 2010.
Mr. Seidel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Stetson University in Deland, Fla., where he double-majored in finance and marketing. He was also one of 25 students selected for the Roland George Investment program. Mr. Seidel earned his real estate license in 2011.
