Doug Ferguson

Doug Ferguson is an Outdoor Hospitality Advisor for the Salt Lake City office of Marcus & Millichap. He prides himself on adding value and thinking of creative solutions for his clients, ranging from professional investors to local single property owners.

He has been active in different areas of the real estate industry for over 20 years. He has a diverse background in real estate, business, property management, construction, development, investment, and sales. Doug believes strong ethics, integrity, and communication are the foundations of a healthy working relationship. He takes pride in transparency and ability to focus on his client’s goals.

Doug played Division I Tennis for Towson University, where he received a Business Marketing Degree. He is a member of the Hospitality Division and a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Utah. In his free time Doug enjoys skiing, mountain biking, volunteering and teaching adaptive skiing at the National Abilities Center.
