Don Emas

Mr. Emas began his real estate investment career with Marcus & Millichap in 1990. He has specialized in the sales of Single Tenant Lease Properties for over 20 years, closing over half a billion dollars in total sales. In June of 1992 he was promoted to the ranking of Associate. In November of 1996 he earned the title of Senior Associate followed by Senior Vice President Investments in July 1999. In 2008, Mr. Emas was elevated to his current title as First Vice President Investments. He represents a variety of client types which include private and individual investors, regional syndicators, family trusts, corporations, developers, financial institutions and domestic and international investors.
