David B. Tarnoff

David Tarnoff is a Vice President Investments at the Chicago O’Hare office of Marcus & Millichap. During his career he has closed over 3,250 apartment units totaling just under $250 million in sale proceeds. Additionally, he has closed 530,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail properties which total over $77 million. In his 16 years at Marcus & Millichap, David has closed close to 100 transactions. This broad range of product specialty provides for a wide perspective to investment sales.

Although the majority of his client base range from large to medium size private investors, he often assists newer investors. David takes pride in his advisory services which assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals in a manner that maximizes value, reduces risk, minimizes errors and capitalizes on opportunities.
