Darion Nunn

Darion Nunn is an Associate Broker with Marcus & Millichap (M&M) where he works with the Nashville Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) team, led by Joe Massa and Anthony Lunceford. He specializes in general office & industrial properties. Prior to joining M&M in 2023, he spent five years in Middle Market banking as a credit-senior financial analyst and two years in Commercial Banking as a CRE Relationship Manager in Bakersfield, CA, where he facilitated and proposed credit structures to individuals and entities financing real estate purchases and business acquisitions.

Darion obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University where he also pitched for the Raiders. Outside of work, Darion enjoys spending time with his growing family, anything sports related (especially golf), traveling abroad and finding delicious hole-in-the-wall restaurants.
