Daniel Gaffey

Dan Gaffey specializes in the sale of office & industrial properties in Washington DC's urban-infill submarkets with a focus in Prince George's County (Maryland). He advises clients on the value of their commercial properties and represents owners in the marketplace when they decide to sell or buy. He also facilitates clients' 1031 exchanges into like-kind properties such as triple-net, retail, office and industrial properties. With over $160,000,000 in completed transactions since 2017, Dan is well-versed in local market knowledge which he leverages while pricing properties and negotiating deals to maximize value for his clients.


Dan joined Marcus & Millichap in July 2016 after graduating from Elon University in North Carolina. He works on a team of 8 agents who consistently lead the investment sales market for the DC Region and Mid-Atlantic.


Licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, he has sold urban-industrial warehouses, medical office buildings, single-tenant net leased assets, and land for commercial development.
