Christopher P. Brennan

Chris Brennan is an Associate on the Garrett Apartment Team of Marcus & Millichap specializing in North Bay investment sales. Chris joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020, where he assists clients with the many complexities that come with investing in and operating commercial real estate in California.

Chris received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and worked in sales for two years at Citrix Systems, a global technology company. Realizing his true passion was building relationships and helping clients maximize their wealth through real estate, he joined the Garrett Apartment Team of Marcus & Millichap and has been a major contributor to the team’s success.

Chris grew up in the North Bay where his family grows wine grapes and raises cutting horses. He currently lives in North Beach, San Francisco.
