His background includes extensive operational oversight across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care communities, as well as leadership roles in clinic and hospital settings.

Since 2020, Chad has expanded his expertise into commercial real estate, specializing in the acquisition and sale of senior housing assets. His combined operational and transactional experience gives him a unique, comprehensive perspective on the industry—allowing him to evaluate communities through both a financial and operational lens. He is known for helping owners, operators, and investors align strategic goals with market realities to drive performance and long-term value.

Chad holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific, along with a BS in Long Term Healthcare and a BBA. His passion for seniors, healthcare, and responsible investment continues to guide his work as he supports clients across the senior housing spectrum.
