Catherine is a consultative real estate professional with a proven record as a strategist. She joined Marcus and Millichap after serving as VP of Corporate Sales at Avison Young. With over 25 years of experience in the brokerage community, Catherine has been an active member of ICSC, RBN, and the TCN International Network.

She is committed to excellence in property analysis, comprehensive marketing programs, and highly responsive client services. As a strategic and consultative industry professional, Catherine has a proven track record of successfully establishing client relationships and addressing long-term business and investment goals. She has negotiated the sale of more than $480 million in commercial real estate, including Hotels, commercial buildings, and multi-family assets.
