He specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of net lease automotive properties nationwide, offering strategic insight and tailored investment solutions in the commercial real estate space.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Brendan spent two years in residential real estate, where he honed his strong communication skills—his greatest asset as a broker. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Brendan has volunteered with Big Love Animal Rescue for over 15 years and enjoys fishing in his free time.
