Brendan Lee specializes in the sale and acquisition of retail investment properties. Since joining the firm in 2013, Brendan has closed nearly 50 transactions totaling over $80,000,000 in value. He has consulted countless property owners about the value of their properties, and about investment strategy. These properties include well-known national tenants such as: Circle K, 7-Eleven, Hobby Lobby, Dollar General, KFC, Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Mattress Firm, Little Caesar’s, Marathon Oil, Family Dollar, US Bank, Kroger, Wendy's, Jiffy Lube, Jersey Mike's Subs, T-Mobile and many others.
Brendan holds a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah. He is also currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with family, cycling and golfing.
