Brad Korndorffer is an Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation where he is responsible for securing debt and structured financing for commercial real estate properties of all types. He has assisted investor to obtain debt and equity for all asset classes with a focus on permanent, bridge, and construction financing for multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and self-storage properties.
Since entering the banking industry in 2013, Brad has reviewed over $5.0BN of debt for community and regional banks and underwrote and/or closed commercial real estate financings exceeding $1.0BN. His prior positions include: Investment Analyst at LMI Capital and Senior Consultant at a boutique consulting firm.
As an investment analyst, Brad became well versed in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs. He also developed strong relationships with capital sources. As a consultant, Brad specialized in loan review, compliance review, credit and documentation analysis, and M&A due diligence. Debt reviewed included bridge, construction, permanent, working capital, asset-based lending, indirect lending, HUD/SBA financing, agriculture lending, and land acquisitions.
Mr. Korndorffer graduated from E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Finance. In his free time, Brad enjoys playing golf, water skiing, hunting, exercising, attending music and sporting events, and spending time with his wife Summer, and two children, Owen and Riley.
