Binyamin Katz

Benny is an investment sales specialist part of the New York Multifamily team focusing on land, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in The Bronx and North of 96th Street markets of New York City. Benny began his Career in Real Estate back in 2014 at Lang Realty as a rental broker in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. In 2016, he joined Bruma Realty and quickly became a senior agent assisting in expanding the office growth and clientele securing exclusive listings with some of New York's largest landlords. Over the course of 6 years as a leasing agent, Benny's ability to maintain and build strong relationships with property owners and a passion for the real estate industry allowed him to achieve over $1M+ in gross commissions in these slower paced tertiary markets. With a strong and in depth skill set of market knowledge and the ability to establish trusting relationships, he is able to engage in a strong advisory role for clients.
Born and bred in Brooklyn, Benny went to Yeshiva throughout his elementary schooling and went off to Rabbinical schooling in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & South Africa. In his off time, Benny enjoys travelling, skiing, exploring new restaurants, watching sports, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
