Bina Dhanji is a hospitality investment sales specialist with the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team at Marcus & Millichap based out of the Houston, Texas office. With 10+ years of experience owning, operating, and selling hotels, Bina advises on the acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality assets.
She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Minor in Business in 2019. Prior to joining the Miller-Gomes Hotel team, Bina served as a licensed residential real estate agent in Houston. This experience has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the market, build a relational-biased clientele, and serve as an advisor.
When Bina is not focused on hospitality investments, she enjoys spending time at the gym, catching up on her favorite shows, and traveling.
