Bill Roblero

Bill Roblero is Vice President of Investments and a Director of the National Multi Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap. He is a 25 year real estate industry veteran and specializes in multi housing properties, having successfully transacted over $600 million worth of multi housing properties throughout Southern California. During this time, Bill has worked with clients including private investors, family trusts, syndicators, institutional investors and government housing agencies. Some of his clients include FPA Multifamily LLC, Logan Capital Advisors, Pacifica Companies, Allen Properties, BRE Properties, Oracle Communities and the Housing Authority of San Bernardino County.
