Ben Scherman

Ben Scherman specializes in industrial and office assets northwest of Boston and in southern New Hampshire. He helps clients during every phase of the ownership cycle through solid brokerage fundamentals including direct outreach, extensive market research, and knowledge of granular data points.

He is a member of The Klein Group (TKG), led by Harrison Klein. Founded in 2018, the team now spans seven members and holds a reputation as one of the best office and industrial teams in New England with $150+ MM in sales since 2021. Ben joined TKG in 2022 upon graduating with a degree in data science from Denison University, where he captained both the varsity golf and club hockey teams. Some of his accolades on the golf course include individual wins, Denison records, All-Conference and All-American honors.

Mr. Scherman originally hails from Wayland, MA; and after several relocations to Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, and Naples through the years, he is happy to be back in the Boston area. Given various entrepreneurial and leadership experiences during his formative years, Ben found the brokerage business as the perfect fit for him and his hyper competitive nature. When he is not on the phone or researching market conditions, Ben can be found on the golf course, experimenting with new cooking techniques, or spending time with his family.
