Ben Haggard

Ben Haggard joined the Anton Group as an intern while earning his Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate. During his studies, he gained valuable experience interning with Related Companies, focusing on their multifamily portfolio in Manhattan. As an undergraduate at the University of Utah, Ben volunteered at Snowbird Ski Resort, assisting individuals with adaptive needs. For the past three summers, he has volunteered as a mentor with a nonprofit that introduces high school students to commercial real estate through NYU. Ben specializes in originating opportunities in Manhattan, engaging with hundreds of property owners weekly. He is particularly interested in assisting with distressed debt opportunities in the current market.
