Alvin N. Mansour

Alvin Mansour leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in net-leased investment sales, sale-leaseback transactions, and portfolio dispositions nationwide. As Executive Managing Director Investments of Marcus & Millichap, he has completed commercial real estate investment transactions exceeding $10 billion. During Alvin's first year at the age of 20, he was Rookie of the Year and surpassed all company records as the youngest and most successful agent in the firm’s history. Additionally, he was recognized nationally by Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30. After attending St. Augustine High School in San Diego, he graduated from the University of San Diego where he studied Business with an emphasis in real estate. He remains actively involved in the work of his alma mater through the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. Alvin dedicates much of his time and resources to philanthropic endeavors both locally and internationally. He funded the construction of a Catholic parish in Nicaragua, improvements to schools and facilities for persecuted Christians in Iraq, and spearheads relief efforts for Middle Eastern refugees coming to the United States. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 young children, playing basketball and volleyball, attending church, and traveling.
