Alejandro J. Gonzalez

Alejandro J. Gonzalez is a First Vice President Investments specializing in the multifamily market in South Florida. Mr. Gonzalez graduated in Venezuela with a BSBA with a major in Logistics in 2005 and from the University of Florida with a Master of Science in Real Estate in 2011. Mr. Gonzalez offers a culturally diverse perspective, providing a fundamental advantage in a heterogeneous market. His ability to relate to international clients while providing expert analytics is an asset to his growing client base. Mr. Gonzalez focuses on the Miami-Dade area, offering clients an unbiased consulting and investing service to multifamily owners and investors.

Mr. Gonzalez has been involved in multiple multifamily transactions since he started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2013 closing over 2,537 units, totaling more than $268 million dollars in sales.

In 2022 Mr. Gonzalez and his wife, Patricia, welcomed their first child Eva Cristina.
