Alec Schwartz joined the Washington D.C. office of Marcus & Millichap in November 2021. Alec is an investment sales associate in which he is responsible for representing and advising clients in the acquisition, disposition and valuation of industrial, flex and office assets throughout Maryland.
Alec is a native to the state of Maryland, as he was born and raised in Baltimore. He is an avid fan of all sports, but especially of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. In Alec's free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
Alec is a graduate of The University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in real estate. He then went on to pursue a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University, which he completed in May 2024.
