Jim Palmer

Jim Palmer is a Senior Managing Director / National Director for Commercial Property Auction Services.

Mr. Palmer’s career has spanned over 25 years, during which he’s held numerous leadership positions in both Technology and Real Estate industries. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2023 after spending eight years at Ten-X as part of the leadership team managing the Broker Channel, and many of their largest institutional clients. Prior to Ten-X, Mr. Palmer was one of three Principal Partners and served as President & COO of a software company that was acquired by Ten-X in 2015. He brings a unique blend of technology and real estate experience, making him a regular on industry panels discussing how technology is changing the commercial real estate industry.

Mr. Palmer holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
