Raul Hernandez-Crespo

Raul H. Crespo is an Associate with Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown Los Angeles office. He specializes in the sale and acquisition of multifamily housing properties throughout Los Angeles County. Prior to joining Raymundo Investments and the LA County Multifamily Team, Raul worked with HOM Sotheby’s International Realty where he analyzed market trends within the commercial sector. With an extensive background in sales and marketing, he utilizes his strengths and specialization to help his clients make the most profitable investment real estate decisions.

Raul graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with a dual major in Marketing and International Business from Cal Poly.
