Overview

Matthew Antonovich is a summa cum laude Graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island. He has served in a variety of executive leadership roles in the hospitality industry and as business consultant for a variety of fortune 500 companies prior to joining Marcus & Millichap.

Matthew previously worked with AAA Five Diamond Hotels & resorts, national restaurant chains and multiple award-winning restaurants. As director of retail development for Centurion American Development Group developed multiple concepts for mixed-use development collaborating with real estate investors, in-use operators and hotel management companies to bring to life multiple projects supporting billion dollar mixed-use development portfolios.

Matthew dedicates 100% of his time as a hospitality broker to be the best source for clients to maximize asset potential. Matthew combines 40 years of hospitality experience and with his team at Marcus & Millichap's research, market analysis and financial capital corporation helping clients manage the acquisition's and disposition of properties to provide clients with the best competitive edge to maximize the profit potential.

Over the last four decades Matthew has taken time out of his busy career to teach hospitality for three universities. Matthew is married and lives in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Matthew
Antonovich has had a long career of accomplishments starting out in the hospitality
industry working his way up to executive chef, corporate chef and as executive director for a variety of National Restaurant
Chains, Hotels and Resorts. In 2000 retained his first real estate license as a
real estate investor.



Matthew worked
internationally traveling overseas to Italy and the Caribbean and has lived and
worked in over 20 cities across the United States as a dynamic leader in executive management.
Having that experience and living in multiple locations provides him with a vast
insight of knowledge of regional real estate.



Matthew moved
his passion from the hospitality industry into commercial real estate specializing as a in hospitality broker advising his exclusive clients on a national level by developing long-term relationships opening up opportunities to leverage the highest yields for clients and their investment
portfolios.

Matthew is a award winning restaurantuer that has served five United States Presidents as Executive Chef including President Gerald Ford, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan and William Clinton.
