Maryam Saadatjou

Maryam is a Multi Housing specialist with over 20 years of CRE experience in major international markets including Dubai, Paris, London, and the United States. She has worked with major developers from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al-Khaimah and successfully transacted several multi-million-dollar deals.

Maryam joined Marcus & Millichap in 2018 as an associate specializing in Multi-Family properties in the Northern California region. That same year, she was awarded the firm’s Pace Setter Award in recognition of her high achievements and dedication.

Maryam has also won the Rookie of the Year Award by the Sacramento Association of Commercial Real Estate in 2022 and was named a Finalist in the NextGen Multi-Family category. Her two nominations and win led her to be prominently featured in the “Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate” by the Sacramento Business Journal.

Moving from Dubai, U.A.E. to California has proven to be one of Maryam's most challenging yet rewarding adventures to date. She is a compassionate and caring person and brings that compassion and care to her business and her clients. Her ability to speak 3 languages helps her reach and relate to people from all walks of life. Her focus is on building long-term relationships: conducting each transaction with integrity, treating each client with honesty, and always dealing ethically. She is a devoted mother to her daughter and loves spending quality time with her. In her spare time, Maryam enjoys baking and cooking for her loved ones, likes riding her e-scooter around Midtown Sacramento, and is an avid snowboarder.
