As an Investment Sales Associate for the National Retail Group, Jake Shirek specializes in investment retail properties throughout Colorado and the Western United States. Jake works closely with the most experienced and well respected retail specialists to provide his clients with the best possible service and market information. Jake specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail oriented investment properties and assists his clients in evaluating properties, negotiating deals, and managing the entire transaction process.
 
Mr. Shirek has a thorough understanding of the constantly evolving retail environment. With a focus on both multi-tenant and single tenant retail assets, Jake has demonstrated his ability to navigate complex deals throughout Colorado. During his tenure with Marcus & Millichap, Jake has participated in the brokerage of shopping center and net leased real estate across the country. Jake excels at understanding and aligning with Landlords’ disposition goals and develops pricing evaluations and marketing strategies to help them achieve maximum values. With a client base consisting of private investors, developers,
and 1031 exchange investors, Jake has proven to be a trusted resource to his clients in every phase of the transaction process.
 
Jake grew up near Indianapolis and graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
