Corey Anderson specializes in the acquisition and disposition
of multi-family properties in the Northern Colorado sub-markets. As a Colorado
native and Colorado State University graduate, Corey is uniquely qualified to
provide insight into the dynamics of the state and its evolving market. Corey began his real estate career in 2017, working in the residential investment field. He prides
himself on providing outstanding client service throughout every step of the
real estate transaction. Through hard work and market knowledge, Corey offers
his clients an edge in all aspects of the investment market, including
underwriting and analysis, marketing, and negotiating. While attending Colorado State University, Corey
earned a B.A. in Business Administration Finance and a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis.
