Bryce Kolb is a member of the firm’s National Multihousing Group and focuses on the vibrant submarkets of Silverlake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, and the surrounding area. Born and raised in Woodland Hills with family roots in Los Feliz, Bryce offers deep local market expertise. His ability to communicate effectively and analyze complex data stems from his honors degree in Organizational Communication and minor in Psychology from California State University, Channel Islands, where he was also a member of the prestigious Lambda Pi Eta, the national communication honor society.

With over 10 years of experience as a Senior Beach Lifeguard for the California State Parks in Malibu, Bryce has a passion for helping others.
