Who We Are

Justin Swanson is an Associate Director Investments at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Los Angeles County and the San Fernando Valley. A fourth-generation Los Angeles resident, Justin grew up in North Hollywood and attended Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, giving him deep roots in the communities he serves and a firsthand understanding of the local apartment market.

Justin is a key member of The Raymundo Group, a nationally recognized multifamily investment sales team with more than $1.5 billion in sales volume and 500 closed transactions over 23 years at Marcus & Millichap. He is also a member of the firm's National Multi Housing Group, providing clients access to Marcus & Millichap's national platform, extensive investor network, proprietary market research, and financing resources.

Justin graduated from Washington State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and a focus on Innovation & Change. He combines his business background with an in-depth understanding of Los Angeles multifamily fundamentals, investment trends, capital markets, and the evolving regulatory environment facing apartment owners.

Justin takes a hardworking, relationship-driven approach to the business and focuses on serving as a long-term advisor to his clients. He works closely with apartment owners to evaluate investment objectives, strategically position assets, create competitive bidding environments, and maximize value and net proceeds.
