Who We Are

Rick Raymundo is Executive Managing Director of Investments and serves as Executive Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group. Specializing in the sale and acquisition of multifamily properties, Rick is respected as one of the top producers in Los Angeles County. Rick has a broad background of real estate experience, having worked over twenty-five years in the commercial brokerage and lending fields. Prior to Marcus and Millichap, Rick served as a loan consultant with Washington Mutual. Currently, Rick leads one of the top producing brokerage teams at Marcus & Millichap Encino which is perennially one of the leading offices within the firm. He began collaborating with multiple teams within the Encino office, successfully marketing retail, office, and development assets to further expand his client service.

Rick attributes his success to a combination of his intimate market knowledge, tenacious negotiating, tireless work ethic, and steadfast commitment to clients. Since joining the firm, he has successfully closed transactions valued at over $1.4 Billion. After being awarded Rookie of the Year in 2003, Rick has earned twenty-one of the firm’s Sales Recognition Awards. In addition, he has finished in the top three in sales among multifamily agents in the Los Angeles/Encino office for twenty one consecutive years. He has been bestowed the firm’s prestigious National Achievement Award seventeen times, he has earned Chairman’s Club distinctions on five occasions, and in 2019 and 2021, Rick was the only agent in the firm’s Los Angeles office to earn the company’s top annual award, admission to the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence.

He was recognized by the Los Angeles Times as a Top Commercial Real Estate Executive and by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Leader of Influence. Rick earned a B.A. in International Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated from Los Angeles' prestigious Loyola High School.
