Who We Are

Landon Snodgrass is an emerging office and industrial advisor in Clackamas County and Portland. As an up-and-coming broker in Portland's commercial real estate market, Landon is committed to delivering exceptional service and insights to his clients. Under the mentorship of the accomplished Mark Hefner, Landon is equipped to provide property valuations, market analyses, and negotiation assistance in his market.

Landon graduated from California Baptist University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Business Analysis and Insights and a minor in Real Estate. Landon strove to achieve academic excellence, graduating two semesters early. Landon received numerous awards while earning his degree, including most outstanding intern for his work for the Riverside International Film Festival, as well as outstanding achievement in his Design Thinking in Business Analysis Course.

Born and raised in Oregon, Landon offers clients a deep understanding of the local market, ensuring that both buyers and sellers can make informed decisions.

Outside of professional pursuits, Landon enjoys collecting sports cards and hiking.
