I am a commercial real estate investment professional with over 30 years of experience supporting investors and occupiers as they navigate commercial real estate markets.

My team and I focus on delivering unique, timely and desirable opportunities, insights and execution to commercial real estate investors and occupiers locally, regionally, and nationally that align with their goals and objectives.

The Hefner Team has closed more than 1,000 sale and lease transactions valued at over than $1.5 billion, involving real estate investment assignments in land acquisition/sales, suburban and tech office campuses, industrial parks, high-rise developments and 1031 Exchanges.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, I have been a shareholder, co-founder, owner, and senior leader of several other national and regional real estate companies.
