Specializing in M&A, net-lease, and sale-leaseback transactions nationwide, we pair that industry expertise with the largest national buyer network in commercial real estate. While car wash is our primary focus, we actively advise on single-tenant net lease transactions across a broad range of retail concepts, from quick-service restaurants and auto-service to dollar stores and convenience stores.

Sebastian founded TDG after a career defined by outworking circumstance — from a small trailer park in Winchester, VA, to serving as a U.S. Air Force Special Missions Aviator, to graduating Summa Cum Laude while building the foundation for his career in commercial real estate. That background shapes how TDG operates: with the discipline, precision, integrity, and commitment that clients in high-stakes transactions deserve.

Today, Sebastian leads The Davis Group as Associate Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. His approach is the same one he's always used: do the hard things, do them right, and let the results speak for themselves.
